You can request permanent deletion of your MathPaw account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Your account and all child profiles are queued for deletion immediately. Cloud data is erased within 30 days.
If you've uninstalled MathPaw, lost access to your device, or can't sign in, email us from the address associated with your account:
Email deletion requestSend to simon@372studio.com with the subject "MathPaw Account Deletion Request". Include the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account. We will confirm deletion by email within 3 business days.
Retention for legal or fraud-prevention purposes: We may retain a minimal record of the deletion event itself (timestamp and anonymized account reference) for up to 12 months, solely to verify that a deletion was properly processed and to comply with applicable law. This retained record contains no personal information about you or your child.
Subscription note: Deleting your MathPaw account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, also cancel the subscription from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before deleting.
