These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MathPaw ("the app"), a children's math practice application published by 372 Studio OÜ ("we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using MathPaw you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use MathPaw

MathPaw is intended for children aged 5-12 used under parental supervision. Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older may create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any child profile you add.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and parent gate PIN confidential. Notify us promptly at simon@372studio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• MathPaw offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions. Free allows one child profile, up to 3 practice sessions per 24 hours, the full skill map across Grades 1-6, the full adaptive engine, mastery tracked up to the "Practicing" stage, and a simple parent dashboard.
• Premium unlocks up to 5 child profiles, unlimited daily practice, progression to the "Strong" and "Mastered" mastery stages, and a deep-dive parent dashboard with per-skill insights and session history.
• Subscription pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store payment card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. Contact them directly for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Share or resell your account or subscription
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
• Circumvent the parent gate or subscription controls

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose (family math practice). This license does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or derivative works.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using MathPaw you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

MathPaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific educational outcome will result from its use. MathPaw supplements but does not replace classroom instruction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 372 Studio OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using MathPaw at any time by deleting your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, all child profiles and practice data associated with the account are deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
